Derek A Moline, O.D.

Dr. Moline practices at Twin Lakes Eye Center in Roseville and Sharp Vision in Champlin. He provides complete primary eye care services including glasses, contact lenses, treatment and management of ocular disease, and LASIK co-management.

Dr. Moline graduated form Columbia Heights High School and subsequently attended the University of Minnesota where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry.

Dr. Moline is a member of the American Optometric Association, Minnesota Optometric Association. He is also a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and Tomb and Key honor fraternity. Dr. Moline also received the Wesley Jessen Contact Lens Achievement Award.

Dr. Moline and his wife, Jennifer reside in Blaine. He enjoys golf, tennis and outdoor activities.
